Note: With Long Term Boarding Contracts we require 4 weeks in advance on arrival (3 weeks held as security bond on the room), then paid weekly (Thursdays) there after so you are always 1 week in advance. Lodge Accommodation is run fair but strict so we maintain a quiet comfortable lifestyle for residents.
